The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, around 10-15 minutes walk from French Quarter. The rooms are modern, the staff is excellent and lovely friendly. Great to have a small balcony and a terrace.

Excellent and stunning location on the correct taxi and easy access to a night market and a market. Besides, very convenient to Hoan Kiem Lake.

It was in a central location, right in the center of the Old Quater. Moreover, it was just next door to where people gather in evenings andd weekends, most attractions, and Hanoi's Old Quarter. The breakfast was above average and very good, had variety of options.

The hotel is in an unbeatable location in probably the most ideally located area. The units are beautiful with a balcony. Thanks to all very enthusiastic and great staff.

The setting was quite perfect and excellent within easy reach of Temple of the Jade Mountain. The attentive staff truly made me feel welcome.

The location was marvellous and amazing and next to a lake and the bay. Hoan Kiem district was worth exploring.

I had a wonderful stay in a long time. The food was brilliant with variety of choice! All the services were good. Sauna was much appreciated. The hotel was in a great position near St Joseph Cathedral, and other restaurants, hotels, cafes: )

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I absolutely loved the prime location it offered. It was situated right in the heart of the city, surrounded by numerous coffee shops and conveniently located close to the Old Quarter. The staff were incredibly helpful and did everything they could to assist me, despite their limited English skills. One particular staff member, Ruby, went above and beyond by retrieving my lost sweater from a shop while I was at a show. The quiet and comfortable rooms also made for a peaceful stay.

While the overall experience at this hotel was fantastic, I did have a few minor gripes. The breakfast options were a bit lacking, especially for vegetarians like myself.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 3 nights, but everything was brand-new. The highlight was the appetising food. Was a unique base for trip.

Had a good stay for three more nights in the same room and at the same rate. Overall it was good sized and functional with a balcony.

New-fashioned, neat room with a private bathroom and shower facilities, a hair dryer and a bidet. Above average breakfast, variety of meals. Nice swimming pool and marvellous location adjacent to the lake in the center of the old town, the centre and Old Quarter, the lake and the French Quarter.

that was great hotel set in really great area, adjacent to hà nội, also close to an eautiful lake and restaurants. it was wonderful, spotless and with a balcony. the service offered was excellent. parking was nearby, fee - gbp 5 per day.

We loved our stay at Dal Vostro in Hanoi. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They provided useful services like tours and currency exchange. The location was perfect, with everything in the old quarter just a short walk away. The room was comfortable, with great bathroom facilities and a surprising balcony. a great experience with excellent staff and facilities.
